Gmail Watcher — Privacy Policy

Gmail Watcher is a personal, single-user tool. It is not distributed
or used by anyone other than its owner.

• It reads the owner’s own Gmail inbox (read-only access) to classify
  and summarize incoming emails.
• Email content is sent to Groq (an AI provider) for summarization,
  and to Telegram to deliver notifications.
• No data is sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any purpose
  beyond generating the owner’s own notifications.
• Data is not retained beyond what’s needed to generate a summary
  and dedupe processed messages (message IDs only).
