I am working as SA in one of the IT organisation on DRM, I really appritiate the way how you expalined workflows concept here. However i am not clear about workflow method and reapproval options available in workflow model.

It will greatly help me if you can give some background on the above mentioned options.

Are you accessing the site from a corporate network by any chance. Sometimes their firewalls filter photobucket images and they may not be visible because of that.
